I am a licensed mental health counselor in Jacksonville, Florida with over twenty years of experience providing therapy to a diverse population of adults of all ages.
I have worked in many settings throughout the years including Hubbard House Domestic Violence Center, University of North Florida, and Jewish Family and Community Services.
It is a privilege to be trusted as a therapist. I strive to be in the present moment with my clients and pay close attention to creating a safe and compassionate experience.
While I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, my focus is on the therapeutic relationship and working collaboratively with my clients to help them improve their lives.
